How important is your first impression at a job interview?

The charity, which runs courses to help young people with CV and interview skills, found that employers formed a first impression well before the interview started. It says that you could seal your chances in as little as 12 words - including the way you say hello to the receptionist on the way in.

If you are aged 16-24 and live in London, you may be able to take part in Resurgo's Spear programme to help you land that dream job.
